Privacy policy.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how Inflective Partners Ltd ("Inflective Partners", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website (inflective.partners) and through our internal Gmail assistant application (the "App").
1. Who we are
Inflective Partners Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at contact@inflective.partners.
2. Information we collect through this website
We collect the details you choose to give us when you contact us, book a call or subscribe to updates: typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message. Our website hosting provider also collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and hold calls, send updates you have asked for, and run and secure the website. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to you, and on your consent for email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
3. Our Gmail assistant application and Google user data
The App is a private tool used only by Inflective Partners to help manage our own email. It is not offered to the public. It connects only to Google accounts used by us, and only after the account holder signs in with Google and grants permission.
Data accessed. With the account holder's permission, the App uses the Gmail API to read email messages and their metadata (such as sender, recipients, subject and date), to create drafts, and to send email from that account.
How it is used. Google user data is used only to provide the App's features to the account holder: reviewing and summarising incoming email, preparing draft replies and sending email. Emails are sent only after the account holder has reviewed and approved them.
Storage. The authorisation tokens that let the App access Gmail are stored on a private, access-restricted server controlled by us. The App keeps records of emails it has sent (such as message identifiers and send status) so that it does not send the same email twice. It does not keep a separate archive of mailbox content.
Sharing. To summarise email and prepare drafts, relevant email content is sent to third-party AI model providers, which process it only to return a response to the App. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. We do not otherwise share it, except where required by law.
Limited Use. The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. The account holder can remove the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is removed, we delete the stored tokens.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, our scheduling and email providers, and the AI providers described above, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry and client correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and a reasonable period afterwards, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at contact@inflective.partners. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted access to our systems.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
